The ExpertFuze custom expert search process consists of the following steps:

2. We search for your experts and return a results spreadsheet
3. Hire your desired expert

Our custom expert searches are tailored to your specific needs. We will find the perfect expert for you by leveraging our network of experts and personal referrals. As part of the search process, we contact the experts and organize the information we collect in a detailed results spreadsheet allowing you to easily compare the experts we find. We determine the expert's specific qualifications based on your requirements, their interest and availability for your project, and any conflicts of interest.

The complete search process generally takes 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the search. Although this seems like a long time, this reflects the quality and thoroughness of our search. The result is providing you with only experts who are qualified, interested, and available for your project. Quite often, we provide multiple experts to choose from that satisfy all of your criteria.

Payment Options

Other expert referral services tack on an hourly surcharge to an expert’s hourly rate without providing any on-going benefit beyond putting you in contact with the expert. In contrast, with ExpertFuze, no fees are added to an expert's hourly rate. You only pay for results. The initial request for an expert is completely free. After purchasing, we will continue working with you at no extra charge until you find the expert you need even if the initial set of experts we find for you does not work out.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions involve reserving a certain number of custom searches ahead of time. This is the preferred payment option and is the most beneficial to our clients. Subscriptions allow us to disclose all expert information, including contact information, to you upfront in the results spreadsheet. This allows you to be able to set up a meeting right away between you and the experts.

Individual Searches

With an individual search, we will return a limited view of our results spreadsheet for free. You only pay to reveal expert contact information when you are confident in our search results.
