*The “Base Monthly Fee” (shown above) includes the number of “Included Views” listed for a particular subscription. After pre-paying for a monthly subscription, the “Price Per View” of any plan becomes locked for that month. Any additional Views exceeding the number of Included Views can then be purchased at the locked in Price Per View.
For employers who are new to ExpertFuze or Employers that only infrequently hire experts, the basic account is the best option for purchasing Views. Individual CV Views can be purchased on an “as needed” basis as a one-time, non-recurring purchase. Monthly subscriptions are the preferred pricing model for employers that regularly hire experts. Subscriptions provide significant cost savings compared to single View purchases. As shown in the table above, selecting a plan with more Views per month gives a larger discount. Monthly subscriptions will also lock in additional Views exceeding the Included Views at the discounted amount -- If you need to use more Views than are available in your account, you will only be charged the locked rate rather than the standard single View cost. The fees for any additional unlocked Views will be invoiced at the end of each month.
As long as your subscription is active, any unused Views will be rolled over to the following month, similar to some cell phone plans. The rollover Views can accrue to a maximum of 4x the number of views of your current plan. This helps account for variance in hiring experts.
We guarantee our results. If an unlocked expert has misrepresented himself/herself on the website through a CV or ExpertConnect session, within a week of unlocking the expert, let us know that the expert does not meet your expectations by filling out a short form detailing what you did not like about the expert and we will refund to you a CV View. We will continue to search for new experts that are a better match for you until we find you the expert you need.

ExpertFuze differentiates itself by providing free expert searches and only charging a one-time flat fee when employers are interested in purchasing contact information. Unlike its competitors, ExpertFuze does not charge any ongoing fees to employers.
Search requests can be submitted through our Online Request Form. You do not need to be logged into the website to request a search. If you submit a search without registering on the ExpertFuze site, an account will be created for you and your expert search will be tied to your created account.
